Q: Can boys and girls join?
A: Yes of course! :)
Q: What ages are allowed to join?
A: 5+, Even Adults.
Q: Can adults join?
A: Yes, why not jump on the treadmill or burn some calories while you wait.
Q: What are my membership options?
A: 12 Month Membership
6 Month Membership
1 Month Membership
1 Day / Drop In Pass
Team / Group Reservation (Hourly Rate)

Q: What is an Individual Membership?
A: An Individual Membership is
Q: What is a private Team / Group reservation?
A: When a team of players or a group of people privately reserve the training center for thier specific training needs. The reservation is restricted to people associated with the team who made the reservation. Team / Group Reservations are typically 1 hour long and require a 1 week advance notice which will be posted online and or at the training center.
Q: How does private Team / Group reservations affect my Individual Membership?
A: Individual members may train during NON team / group reservation. For your convenience Team / Group reservations will be posted online and or at the training center 1 week in advance.
Q: What if I have more than one child or membership?
A: Discount options are available, please call for details.
Q: What does my membership include?
A: Access to training center and training equipment.
Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 9:30pm
Satruday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm

Q: When can I come and train?
A: Anytime within the hours of operation, except for team / group reservations.
Q: How will my child or I know what to do when I arrive?
A: Check / Sign In at the front desk, Talk to a CSA Staff Member, Check your program or the station diagrams and instructions, review the video and other posted instructions
Q: What if I don’t know how to train or exercise?
A: Our staff will help you out and give you the direction you need.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: Cash, Cheque, PayPal and Credit Cards, Taxes Extra.
