Preference will be given to organizations with registered charitable or not-for-profit status. CSA will not consider the following types of applications: • Political parties and advocacy groups • Religious groups • Private schools CSA Philanthropy Chittle Sports Academy (CSA) believes that it is important to give back to the communities in which it operates. The primary focus of CSA’s philanthropy program is to outreach to children in hockey, sports and other fitness programs. Please complete the CSA Philanthropy Application Form to provide information about your organization, your government- registered charitable or not-for-profit number, the purpose or goal of the funding and contact information. Each application will be assessed as quickly as possible. All organizations requesting donations from CSA should review our Philanthropy Eligibility Criteria to determine if their project and/or organization are a good fit for the focus of CSA’s program. Due to the number of requests received, CSA can only respond to successful funding requests. FAQ How long does it take to process a donation request? We recommend that you allow a minimum of six weeks between submission of the on-line request and the date funding is required. Does CSA donate or subsidize the purchase of equipment? Generally, CSA will from time to time does donate equipment or products or subsidize purchases for individuals, families, charitable or not-for-profit organizations. Is my organization eligible for a donation? Please see CSA’s Philanthropy Eligibility Criteria for guidelines regarding funding eligibility criteria. When will I receive a response from CSA regarding my funding proposal? Due to the volume of requests received, we are only able to respond to those requests we plan to pursue. If we are able to fund your request, you will receive a response within approximately six weeks of your proposal submission. How do I submit my request?
